Listing will be uploaded to MLS® where it is available by all agents in Great Vancouver Areal The MLS is without a doubt the single most powerful tool we have to sell a home. Close to 99% of all Vancouver homes are marketed through the MLS®. Realtors and the public alike both use the MLS® to search and find properties.


Lawn Sign

We will place a lawn sign in front of home immediately.


Flyers

We will deliver “JUST LISTED” flyers to neighborhood and/or selected residences in area as necessary.


High-Definition Photos

We will make sure to have high-definition photos and a robust description of your home. By taking good photos and writing a thorough description of your home we will give potential buyers a better idea of your home and incite more interest and inquiries from our ad. Photos with a professional flair say to the buyer, “I care about this listing”.

When you show that you care about a home’s appearance on the listing, you are showing the buyer that it is worth what your seller is asking. It shows that we, as your agent, believe in the value too. Blurry pictures, pictures showing inappropriate items, pictures showing clutter and picture that don’t show the buyer why this is a great buy work against selling for the optimum price or any price.

We will design brochures for open houses. Our photographers work closely with our designers to produce visual images that highlight the unique features of each home. We will design an attractive, informal brochure that helps your home to stand out from the crowd! Those brochures will be sent to potential buyers and will be distributed to visitors during an open house.


Floor Plans

We will complete our marketing presentation by accurate floor plans. Floor plans have become a superb and essential marketing tool, providing a visual representation with key information that our consumers and clients have come to expect.


Agents Open House

Once your home is on the market we organize a Realtors open house. This is when all the realtors who may have potential buyer for your property come to preview your home. This is held during a weekday normally between 10am-12pm and is often one of the most important showings for your property.


Public Open House

At your discretion we host regular public Open Houses on weekends from 2-4pm. This is a great way for potential buyer to get a 1st hand look at your property. We are always present during our open houses and your home security is paramount to us. Prospective buyers receive colour feature sheets/floor plans and guidance tour website/blog for further information and photos.


Private Showings

Private buyer showings are when a buyers realtor request to bring his/her buyers to your property for a private tour. These showings are qualified buyers who are potentially interested in your home. Often serious buyers will request a 2nd or 3rd showing as they make their decision can frequently be followed by an offer. Our showings are always at your approval with 24hr notice.
